    Hi I am headed to Panama for 11 days with a couple of buddies of mine. I was wondering if you had any suggestions on where to go/places to eat/cool things to do. There are 3 of us we are all Seniors at UC Santa Barbara, we are looking to do some spearfishing, scuba, and anything adventerous. Thanks! Love you blog

      I would definitely check out Panama City for a few days. Flights inside panama are relatively inexpensive IMO. My next trip I would like to go up into the mountains, coffee region Boquete. Bocas del Toro is a must for surf, diving, booze beer and fun. Bluff Beach Retreat may be too off the path for you guys. Try staying in the town proper. Boats to the other islands only for a few bucks from the town of Bocas.
